1. Customer responsibility: (a) Please ensure that someone is at home during cold chain delivery timeslot.

(b) Please notify us if we can leave the product(s) at the concierge or reception.

2. Delivery minimum order: Free delivery is available for orders over HKD380.

3. Delivery date: Delivery is arranged in 2 to 4 days after you place the order.

In the cases of inclement weather/ unforeseen delivery complications, delivery schedule may be adjusted which will cause delivery suspensions. If there is a significant delay in your order delivery, a customer service representative may call/ email you to inform you the status of your delivery time. We will attempt to deliver your order as quickly as possible when conditions permit.

4. Delivery time: You can remark your preferred delivery timeslot at checkout:

• Timeslot A：09:00 – 13:00

• Timeslot B：13:00 – 17:00

• Timeslot C：17:00 – 19:00

If you do not specify the delivery timeslot, your Veggie Box will be delivered at a random time on that

day.

Your produce was picked ripe and ready to eat, and not intended to sit on the shelf for very long.

damaged/ missing item(s)

If you find damaged/ missing item(s) in your Veggie Box, please follow the below steps for a refund/ re-delivery:

1. Within 24 hours of receiving the Veggie Box, please send the following information to info@freshie.hk/ WhatsApp to 9765 3188, subject stating "Damaged/ Missing Item":

a. Photographic proofs

d. Product type(s)

2. Our customer service team will investigate on your case. You may be contacted by phone/ email to assist the investigation. It may take up to 3 working days.

3. Upon approval, our team will call/ email you informing you that we will either refund or re-deliver the damaged/ missing item for you.

4. Re-delivery is made on the next day. Communicate with our team regarding the delivery time.

5. Re-fund is made within 5 working days from approval date. For any requested refund, after our investigation, we will arrange refunding the amount of the single item after deducting a delivery cost of $60.

6. A discount may be offered on your next purchase as an apology.

7. In case of dispute, Panda Hotel will have the right to make the final decision.
